The Woodsman

Opening in 2018, The Woodsman will be sited at the historic Falcon, a building that dates back as far as 1500.

Executive Chef Mike Robinson will be bringing his core ‘field to fork’ philosophy to Stratford-Upon-Avon, delivering an exceptional dining experience, with a focus on sustainability, seasonality and locally sourced produce.

A large wood fired oven and charcoal grill will form the focal point of the restaurant, where guests can watch chefs as they prepare some of the very best British beef and lamb raised on farms with the highest standards of husbandry, sustainably sourced wild meat, fish and local vegetables.
